Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This policy applies to all customers worldwide unless local consumer laws provide additional rights, in which case we will honor those requirements.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so that we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase. This EU right operates alongside, not instead of, our 90-day global policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
